What types of mobility equipment do you repair and service?
We repair and service most brands of:
- mobility scooters
- power drive wheelchairs
- manual wheelchairs
- wheelie walkers
- lift and comfort chairs, and
- patient lifting systems.
What areas to do you service?
Our regular service area covers:
- Brisbane’s northern suburbs
- Caboolture, and
- Bribie Island.

Can I use my Home Care Package to pay for repairs, servicing or new equipment?
Yes, you can. We can work with your Home Care Package provider and submit quotes for approval before commencing work. As there are different levels of funding, this will ensure your package has enough funds to cover the services or equipment you need.
Are you a registered NDIS Service Provider?
Yes, we are. We can assist you with repairs, maintenance and annual servicing of your existing equipment, or we can provide new mobility equipment and aids to daily living. Whether your Plan is agency-managed or plan-managed we’ll work with your Support Co-ordinator to ensure you have the best service to suit your needs.
How often should I get my mobility equipment serviced?
As a general rule, your mobility equipment should be serviced at least annually, however, this will depend on your usage and the environment in which you use your equipment. For example, if you travel a lot of kms or use your equipment in a very dusty or a beach environment it will benefit from more frequent servicing.
Where is your shop?
We are a mobile sales and repair service, so do not have a shop … we come to you! Call to discuss your needs and we’ll visit to inspect your equipment for repair or service, or bring certain new products to you for an in-home demonstration. Sometimes, by prior arrangement, items for repair can be delivered in person to our workshop in Brendale.
Can I buy your products online?
We don’t have an online shop as we offer a personalised service. In most cases our Technician will visit to deliver, assemble, install and demonstrate your products in your home to ensure everything works as it should. It also gives you an opportunity to run through the operation of the equipment with an expert on hand.
Do you hire mobility equipment?
No, we do not hire mobility equipment.
Can I trial new mobility equipment in my home?
In most cases yes, but it depends on stock availability at time of request.
Do you have a warranty on repairs and servicing?
We have a limited warranty on labour for our repairs and servicing. If you have a concern with any work we have done, please give us a call to discuss.
Do you have a warranty on the products you sell?
All products are covered with the manufacturer’s warranty.
